What if I received FREE SHIPPING with my order?
Product Return Procedure
A return merchandise authorization number is required for all returns You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our Return or Warranty policy period.
Go Mobile Now will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
Please
click here to submit your RMA request. Please include your order or invoice number and the reason for the return. You will receive an RMA# and instructions to return your item within 24 Hours - During normal business hours.

As we ship from multiple warehouses - your return address will be on your RMA email. Please make sure you ship your items back to the proper warehouse for your credit.

Restocking Fee A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to all NON DEFECT returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 Days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders containing a quantity of 5 or more of a single item number will be considered a "Special Order" - All Special orders are charged when ordered and any orders canceled will be subject to our 15% restocking fee.

Cross-Ship ( Advance Replacement) All cross-ship items will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Advance replacement is only available when exchanging for the same exact product.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer.
Return shipping is a service you pay for the shipping companies.
Under no condition will Go
Mobile Now cross-ship any items 30 days after the original invoice date.

Go Mobile Now only accepts partial returns under the following conditions:
- Multiple items placed in one order:
If you placed an order with multiple products, you may only return the defective items in the order for credit or replacement. Non defective items may only be returned with a 15% restocking fee.

What if I received FREE SHIPPING with my order?
- If you received free shipping with your order and the item is not defective, you will be charged normal ground shipping charges in addition to the restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
