The customer is entitled to the manufacturer's warranty and we make no additional or independent warranty.

Go Mobile Now is not responsible for errors and typos in our website or any printed material. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

All orders placed with GoMobileNow.com are in United States Dollars (USD) .

All products sold by Go Mobile Now offers a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated. All products may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund or exchange. All returns will be evaluated and tested upon receipt by our technical team. All returns must be NEW and not installed.

Money Back Guaranteed - Refund period are subject to the following:

  1. A return merchandise authorization number is REQUIRED for all returns

  3. All product returns for refund or exchange must include the original packaging
  4. A 15% restocking fee will apply for any non defected items
  5. All Return Merchandise Authorization Numbers are only valid for 15 days

  8. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products under all circumstances
  9. Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty
  10. Partial returns will only be accepted under specific conditions
  11. What if I received FREE SHIPPING with my order?

Product Return Procedure

A return merchandise authorization number is required for all returns
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our Return or Warranty policy period.
Go Mobile Now will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.

Please click here to submit your RMA request. Please include your order or invoice number and the reason for the return. You will receive an RMA# and instructions to return your item within 24 Hours - During normal business hours.

As we ship from multiple warehouses - your return address will be on your RMA email. Please make sure you ship your items back to the proper warehouse for your credit.

All product return for refund or exchange must include the original packaging
such as all hardware, manuals and any other accessory that was initially shipped.
Go Mobile Now may refuse the request of return if product was not return with the complete package.

Restocking Fee
A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to all NON DEFECT returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 Days, unless otherwise stated.

Orders containing a quantity of 5 or more of a single item number will be considered a "Special Order" - All Special orders are charged when ordered and any orders canceled will be subject to our 15% restocking fee.

All Return Merchandise Authorization Number are valid for 15 days only
which means Go Mobile Now needs to receive your return products within 15 day after the RMA number is issued. Please follow the return procedure so that we may better assist you on your return issues.

Cross-Ship ( Advance Replacement)
All cross-ship items will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Customer agrees to pay first.
    In order for Go Mobile Now to process the accurate cross ship request, customers will have to pay for the replacement product first.
  2. The exact exchange for the same product.
    Advance replacement is only available when exchanging for the same exact product.
  3. All return shipping costs are the responsibilities of the customer.
    Return shipping is a service you pay for the shipping companies.

Under no condition will Go Mobile Now cross-ship any items 30 days after the original invoice date.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number.
All return items sending back to Go Mobile Now are to be prepaid by Customer. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by Go Mobile Now.

All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products under all circumstances
Shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company not to Go Mobile Now therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

Physical Damages to any product will void the productÂ’s warranty.
Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty.

Does Go Mobile Now accept partial returns?
Go Mobile Now only accepts partial returns under the following conditions:

  1. Multiple items placed in one order:
    If you placed an order with multiple products, you may only return the defective items in the order for credit or replacement. Non defective items may only be returned with a 15% restocking fee.

What if I received FREE SHIPPING with my order?
If you received free shipping with your order and the item is not defective, you will be charged normal ground shipping charges in addition to the restocking fees, which will be deducted from your refund.
