However, if you need to return a product, we will gladly accept your return for a refund or exchange (Open Item Returns may be subject to a 15% return charge, excluding shipping and handling charges subject to the terms stated below. within 30 days of your order. (Opened Software and Memory are not returnable.)
If you received FREE SHIPPING with your order normal ground shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
GPS units that have been opened and are not defective will have a 7 day return policy and a 20% return charge applied. No Exceptions. Defective units will be replaced with the same unit within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days defective units will need to be returned to the manufacture. All returns will be examined and if found NOT to be defective will be returned to the customer.

- We will gladly accept your return of the AUTOEXEC mobile workplace. With shipping included in the pricing all returns will have $16.00 deducted from the refunded pricing to cover shipping cost. NO EXCEPTIONS
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
To return an item, YOU MUST REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER within 30 days of the invoice date of your item (s). Once you receive an RMA # we must receive your returned item in our specified warehouse within 10 days of your RMA Date.
To request an RMA# please email returns@gomobilenow.com with your order# or Invoice #, Name in which it was ordered under and the reason for the return. All return request will be processed within 48 hours, during normal business hours. All returns MUST be in their original packaging with ALL materials included and in resalable/new condition.
Simply email returns@gomobilenow.com to arrange for an exchange or return. All exchanges/returns must be pre-authorized, and you must have an assigned RMA# from us, before returning any products. If any item is returned without an RMA# and prior authorization your item will be subject to being refused and returned to the shipper or a 20% Return Fee. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not received a return authorization.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective Software and Memory will be exchanged for the same product(s) only. Only unopened Software and Memory can be returned for a refund within 30 days of invoice date. All returns must be shipped pre-paid. We do recommend that you either insure your package or send it via a traceable carrier such as FedEx or UPS, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Customer is responsible for all freight costs to and from the warehouse. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If we CROSS SHIP a product for a return and we do not receive the original product within 10 days - we reserve the right to charge your credit card for the product that was shipped.
